Food tasted old. No ranch and not sending out sause that was asked for. Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo used to be the best and now its the worst spicy chicken sandwich in fast food! Such a shame how downhill this food chain has become!

Popcorn box was half full, we ordered tea but got coffee, missing fry, didn’t get sauce that requested and food was room temperature at best. I paid $40 dollars
