Literally every time we order here, something is missing. My Classic Birria Tiny Tacos were missing. Plus, they take no care in making sure the cheese on our Ultimate Cheeseburger™ is even melted or that the burger is fresh. Plus, the cheese wasn't even fully ON my bunless burger this time. They also forgot the sweet and sour for my eggrolls. This location's service has gone way downhill.

So I ordered a Jack's Spicy Chicken® with cheese for my mother, and when I was making the order I saw an option for "Split Top Bun." My mom and I thought that was some special optional bun, so we selected no. Well, we learned the hard way that means no bun at all lmfao. I would share a photo of it if my mom hadn't already put it between two pieces of toast and taken a bite. We feel the option being worded the way it is was misleading, it could simply say "Remove Bun" instead. Other than that, food still tastes good. They did forget all our dipping sauces though.
