no popcorn chicken, burger was smashed and put together very sloppily. only thing that was good was my cold curly fries and a large fruit punch. and I waited 30 minutes for this.

forgot my buttermilk and taco sauce. not sure why places just can't add sauces. but overall good. I eat at this jacks all the time it's the closet one to my office here in Norwalk. Food was delicious. Two Tacos & hot n crispy & the spicy Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo is always my go too!! bomb!

This was the worst experience ever! Ordered a Sausage sandwich for my nephew at 12:05 i just got out of the hospital and could not drive, it was supposed to be delivered at 12:19! At 12:35 I text the dasher Angie and she didn't return my call, but got a text saying that I have a new driver and that it will not be delivered until 1:03!!! He finally gets the order at 1:00 and there is no sausage in the sausage sandwich!! I called Jack in the box and they said they knew that because they are out of sausage????? I want my fricken money back and you can have the egg on a bun!!! Terrible service on both DoorDash and Jack n Box! Never again!!!!!
