The mega munchie box was very filling. We had plenty left over. The food was nice and hot and the tacos were not rubbery after cooling off.

The Sourdough Smashed Jack™ had old meat in it. I didn't even know beef could get stale. It was gray inside and out. The Side Salad was rotten. The Large Curly Fries were old but edible and the Spicy Grilled Jack Wrap was decent.

I tpypically order this exact order, a large Large Oreo® Shake and the Double Vision Meal Deal at least twice a week and never really have issues. however this time, both of the burgers were literally crispy and dressed completely incorrect. the fries were hard as a rock, cold and honestly tasted like movie theater popcorn and I never received my milkshake. not sure if it was an off day or just carelessness on Jack in the Box employees part.

The food was not enjoyable. The food was old and cold. The Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo was a litte burnt and cold. I'm thinking the oil needed to be changed but still doesnt have anything to do with the chicken being cold. The burger patties were cold and hard on the edges as well. And the jalapeños were hard and old. Would like some done about this either a refund or a remake.
