Always a treat with jack in the box, my dasher forgot to give me my vanilla shake which is what I was craving while in the hospital, but my Grilled Sourdough Swiss Breakfast Sandwich and Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) hit the spot and was made well. Great job Jack, bummer of a door dasher.

I ordered the Large 5pc Spicy Chicken Strip Combo and the chicken was raw. I had to put it in the air fryer. I have never in my life received undercooked chicken from a fast food place until now.

There is still a problem with checking and verifying orders. I am missing condiments, fries were half full, and my burger had two pieces of bacon.
Look, it is not that hard to look at the ticket and check what is supposed to be in the bag.
