• DoorDash orderI usually LOVE Jack in the Box. Tonight the patty on my Jumbo Jack was burned & dry. The outside of the bun was really wet/soggy like it had been sitting in water. Both large orders of curly fries were room temperature (nowhere close to hot or even warm) & both texture & taste seemed like they were old or had been sitting out a long time. I had asked for ranch dressing with the order but there wasn't any in the bags with the delivery. When I picked up my large cup of Fanta orange, the lid wasn't on properly & I ended up dropping the entire drink & the cup broke in the process. It was a very unsatisfying $28 dinner.

• DoorDash orderThe Build Your Own Munchie Meal was missing the halfsies fries and two tacos, so only the chicken sandwhich and drink came. paid $12.50 for the Munchie Meal & only received 1/2. Not a fan.
