After a decade in TX I moved here 2 years ago. I'm very happy to find Tex-Mex. Great seasoning, well prepared brisket. Only suggestion would be to shred the brisket instead of putting a slab on a taco.

The Brisket Enchilada only had one strip of meat and the rest onions and peppers. I added grilled peppers and onions to the Chile con Queso (which was an available option) and the added veggies were huge chunks and impossible to eat along with the queso in a chip.

Only decent thing was the Stuffed Little Peppers. The Chile con Queso portion was small and half of it was oil. Quesadilla Tres Quesos Parmesan crust was not my thing.
