Chicken was definitely cooked in burnt or old grease! Cole slaw doesn't taste like the usual nor any taste! and biscuits definitely didnt taste right! I don't know if the crew had a bad nogt r something but that was not acce for neither meal. We eat jacks too much too often to know!

The latest order arrived missing an entire meal - drink and all not sent. The gravy biscuit had so little gravy it couldn't even cover half of the biscuits. It was a complete waste of money.

Chicken was ancient and dry, about like eating chicken jerky. Yesterday's Publix chicken would have been better. Salad small and underwhelming. Sent me 2 dressings but neither were the one I ordered. All around inedible garbage.
