I love Jack's! You are the best fast food restaurant in Sylacauga! On April 2, 2025, you were not! I spent 39.97 with Door Dash. I did not get the 4 chicken fingers with the fries I did get. The best broiled chicken sandwich in town had no mayo, no lettuce, no cheese, nor any tomato!
This doesn't happen ever! I hope it will not again!

The Big Jack Combo was tasty. Milkshake would have been better if straw was included. the same goes for large drink. Fried Pies were very good, not too crusty, which I like. They do need to include condiments.

I ordered a lettuce only grilled chicken sandwich no mayo no tomato they scraped the bun and put a little wilted lettuce back on there no new bun and the chicken wasn't done never had an experience like this at Jack's it was awful

what I got was good but they left off the fries and interchanged the drinks.. wrong size for each. It would have been nice if the condiments were added to the bag as well as disposable silverware. They need to pay attention to what was ordered.
