My grilled chicken sandwich had an awful lot of pepper and I don't recall this on my last order.

Chicken and biscut were good. Tots were crispy, but tasted like they were cooked in old oil as evidenced by rancid taste. Did not receive Smoked Sausage Biscuit even after delivery driver went back. I received a regular sausage biscuit second time, which I do not like.

The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the chicken strips and fries. I usually don't care for much ice but the small chunks were delightful.

Jacks was great for the first month, then like every other new restaurant, they go downhill. Most of these restaurants are only worth eating at when the “big guys” are there checking things out or they are having inspection. You can definitely tell because then and only then do the employees actually work and keep food fresh and the establishment clean.
