Chicken was perfectly cooked on the Chicken Salad, every on the salad was fresh. A large salad and FINALLY a restaurant that sends enough dressing! Iced Coffee NEVER disappoints, BEST ever with have to go to a coffeehouse.

disappointed I paid for large fries. I received large carton with small portion in box as you can see in photo not even filled up. ordered and paid for extra cheese and didn't receive it. Don't order extra cheese bc everytime I have ordered it never receive it.

I've ordered coffee from jacks almost everyday for like 3 weeks straight. I order the same coffee I always do and today it's watered down,no flavor and like there's no sugar. idk what happened but I paid 7$ for water.
