The food was fine. However, I wish they wouldn't put so much ice in my large soda, leaving me without enough soda to last throughout my 'Big Bacon', upsized combo!

We love Jacks and eat here several times a week. However, we ordered unsweetened tea and diet dr. Pepper, we received sweet tea and Diet Coke. We are at work and can't get our order changed.
