the bacon on the blt was not crispy and was hard to eat. I was missing the fries I ordered. the order took a really long time. the biscuit was also hard as a rock amd really old.

Every time I order here for more than one person, something is missing from my order. If it happened once or twice, I could see, but 8 out of 10.... they are leaving items off to make up for their shrinkage. I've had drivers that went back and got what they left out of my order several times!

Second time that Jack's hasn't given me dipping sauce for my tenders. I checked the order and it's on the receipt. They also didn't pack any Ketchup or a Straw for my Shake.
