The Fried Chicken Dinner 2pc was very good and crispy. The Biscuit was perfect and so was the mashed potatoes!

Pretty much every time u go/order here something will be wrong. Ive ordered a sweet tea and gotten unswt. Ive gotten hard crunchy biscuits. Wouldnt stop by this one unless u have a few extra minutes to go back in and correct ur order.

Breakfast burrito came and it was smaller than my hand and 3/4 full, the pancakes were cold in the middle and the Bread on breakfast sandwhich wasnt toasted.

Food was still fresh upon arrival. The only suggestion, don't use a paper bag for fries or Hashbrowns . The bag fell apart and the Hashbrowns were soggy.

Jacks serve the worst grits for breakfast. In my whole life, I have never had them prepared well; it's as if I could just use a straw to drink them. My suggestion is to focus more on improving the grits rather than the biscuits. I dont eat biscuits, but I eat grits. Waffle House should ensure their grits aren’t watered down—employees need to learn how to make them properly. Additionally, the hash browns were terrible today, so I'm on my way to return them. Overall, my DoorDash experience was a waste today. And very mad I have no money to give away
