never had Jax before being from up North but probably the worst experience I've had eating breakfast they serve you grits for the fork Runny is all good out. biscuits or hard as bricks. same with the gravy runny. no salt no pepper in the bag no ketchup for my hash browns only thing good I have to say about it was the eggs were fluffy

Chicken was EXCELLENT. Biscuits tasted good but were on the hard side. Maybe reheated from breakfast.
