I order from here pretty much everyday and Jack's NEVER Disappoints me ! Today, I had the Captains Catch and absolutely loved it. Fresh , tasty and great presentation. Keep up the great work!

New York Reuben absolute worst I've ever had. meat tasted old, overcooked, and tough. toppings on 1 corner of the whole sandwich. complete waste of money!

Ive ordered the Real Reuben a couple of times. This first time the sandwhich was perfect. The meat was still juicy and had just the right amount of dressing and sauerkraut. This time the meat was very dry like it had been under a heat lamp or something for quite some time. Still tasted good but if the meat was moist and not dry it would have been 5 stars again.

I've had the same order a couple of times before and it was great both times, so I am really disappointed with this order. Whether it was placed at the beginning of the day or almost closing time, the food should be of good quality and prepared properly or don't take the order at all.
The tuna was extremely wet and caused the fries to be extra soggy. The bread was burnt, the lettuce was wilted, and the fries were old and some were burnt. The only bright spot was the Door Dasher was extremely nice and courteous.
