very sad. I haven't eaten Jack's in a while but the portions definitely got smaller because I paid over $7 for a small McDonald size fries. The chicken was not even big enough to fill the whole Bun. So most of the Spicy Buffalo Sandwich was bread. Not sure if this is a new thing for Jax or it's because I ordered off a doordash but definitely won't do that again.

1. Corn and rice was seared almost totally black, hard, uneatable.
2. Giant cookies were packed between fries and salad, And completely melted.
3. Measured the garlic fries; only 2/3rd of one cup.
This is very sad 😢.

How do you ruin chicken strips? This is ridiculous. I was only able to eat about 2 full pieces of the 4 strips. So disappointed that the best part of my meal was the cold fries and not the dry overcooked chicken.

I was afraid I was buying a steak salad, but I couldn't tell from the menu description and I have never ordered from this restaurant before. I indeed bought a salad with 80% of the box being spring mix or cabbage. Even if it wasn't a salad, the steak was either tough or over cooked. I usually never type out bad reviews, but this meal was very disappointing for the price.
