Oh man.. so, I've tried other birria places around town and found them.. disappointing to put it nicely.
I make my own quesabirria tacos at home and fam and friends have said that I messed them up because no one else makes it as well as me.
All this to say.. I took a leap of faith and tried this place hoping they wouldn't let me down. And they didn't!!! The consommé is really good and flavorful, the tacos, tortas and ramen were really good. The little salsitas were really spicy but also very flavorful! My only suggestion would be to add a little more cheese to the quesabirria tacos but other than that.. highly recommend! My waist and wallet are not gonna be pleased after this. Lol

Overall the food and my drink were pretty good. The Horchata was creamy and teasty went perfect with the spiciness from the salsa. The only thing I could say is that the tacos tasted a bit burned from the way they grilled them.

My wife and i both enjoyed the Quesabirria Tacos I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good beef taco the beef was savory the trays were well put together when we received them
