Drinks are good but 2 out of 2 times I ordered an item outside of the smoothie options the items were entirely missing.

No straw despite request. I don't have any at home to be able to drink the smoothie with. Also, I used to get 33.8oz of smartwater™ for the same price. I'm really disappointed the same cost now gets customers a 20oz. It should be specified in the product description.
