This location didn't specify not having fruit toppings for the acai bowls before ordering on door dash. My Dragon Fruit Delight only had coconut shreds & blueberries, was half way melted , and not even filled up halfway. There is options to turn off unavaibile items to avoid this, so there is no reason this shouldnt have been taken care of before ordering. There was no effort to contact me to swap my item or any compensation offered once we reached out after receiving the item. We contacted the store and they let us know there was no fresh fruit but it still had no granola.
