The milkshake was smaller than I was expecting. It was really yummy though!!!! The fries always make my day!!!

Arrived cold because they leave the top of the box of fries open for some reason. No straw for the milkshake. The milkshake was good, smooth and rich. Garlic & Cheese Fries were also good, appropriately sauced. Sometimes they are skimpy with it. I mostly get these fries because they are a comfort food.

1st time ordering. I've heard the food is amazing. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. I had the Classic Burger which was really flavorful- but not worth $9. I also ordered the Greek Fries... awful. The picture is deceiving with fresh veggies and cheese. When I opened the box, it looked like a pile of wilted day old fries with a hot mess of garbage on the top. As if they had been sitting in a hot car all day. Even still, I decided to give them a fair shot and - NO. They were very spicy and cold... none of the flavors made sense. They were just gross. Allot of money spent on something that McDonalds does better, at half the price.

Honestly.. I love the variety of this place but they just throw a tiny sprinkle of flavor on top then the rest of the fries are bare. I got maybe 3 pieces of cheese curds on the poutine then the rest was just gravy fries. Very bland.

Burgers are a little pricey, but are fantastic and consistently solid. (The JFC is top tier and better than any burger in the Storrs/UCONN area so far.)
The fries are generally very good, but can be hit or miss. (I.e. there are times where they are super soggy or their 'loaded' options don't seem to be very loaded with toppings at all.) That being said, you get free fries on Friday so the 'free' cost goes a long way to offset any complaints I've had about the how 'loaded' some of the fries come.
Anything else I have tried has been hit or miss. For the cost, you can probably get more and better tenders at a few different places in the area and the fried mushrooms were just aight.
Aside from that, ordered multiple times and they have NEVER screwed up an order which is more than most Doordash places can say.
Great place, would recommend for the burger and when they get the fries to topping ratio right it is damn near perfect.
