My experience with Jeremiah'shas always been wonderful but I have to give a huge shout out and "thank you" to their employee today who made my order accidentally with the wrong yogurt; instead of just keeping the extra order for themselves or wasting it, they sent both the first and the corrected gelati along with the kindest note explaining why I was lucky enough to get 2! ...which turned out really well, the gelati is phenomenal!! Thank you to the Jeremiah's crew members, you really made my day.

Absolutely perfect literally every time. If I had any complaint, it's that sometimes my favorite flavor isn't available on a specific day I decide I want it (they rotate their Italian ice flavors). Not a huge deal, all their flavors are really good, so it's not a problem to choose a different flavor.
