I bought two Big #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak regular size for my mom and myself for lunch. At more than 12 bucks a shot I said this better be good. I was not disappointed. About 30 years ago I had an amazing chess steak in Philly and I've been searching for something as good or better ever since. This sandwich is as good. If the meat had been steak strips rather than ground beef it would've been the best. I had this same sandwich with pastrami onece rather than beef once and that was heaven but Jersey Mikes doesn't carry pastrami anymore. Why? Bring it back, Mike, please. Next time I think I'll try this with 57 sauce. That ought to be good.

They always put way too many slices of cheese on my sandwich - I counted the layers and there were 6 slices a 1/4 inch thick on the sub.... it's too much

Unfortunately Ive noticed a significant difference in quality between in-person orders and DoorDash orders at this Jersey Mike's. Great sandwiches when ordering in the store. The DoorDash orders don't get the same level of attention. This was a #11 Stickball Special, from my most recent order. Ive ordered this a couple dozen times at various Jersey Mikes and i've never seen a sandwich with this little meat. Other orders have arrived with similar issues unfortunately. DoorDash is unable or unwilling to provide a resolution when it's just a quality issue like this, so it's unfortunate.

really good added mayo and the parmesan bread not a lot of sandwich though really small compared to Subway. great for lunch.

They always make good sandwiches, and this #6 Roast Beef and Provolone was no exception. However, it was very oily, which is why I'm only rating this 4/5 stars.
