• DoorDash orderIt was okay, I got the chipotle cheese steak & it wasn't spicy, it was weirdly sweet. My boyfriend got the portobello cheese steak & it was lack luster as well. The brownies were nice & gooey, highly recommend putting it in the microwave for 10-15seconds and having some vanilla ice cream on hand. I ordered extra meat on one of the subs & both subs were "normal", so I wouldn't bother ordering with the upcharge. all & all not bad, but definitely not living up to the hype. I can get the same quality on better bread from Penn Station.

First one had way too much seasoning, and my second order has so much bread it overtook any steak. This location is not any match to the Willoughby location.

• DoorDash orderGreat sub place. I have never received a bad sub from this establishment. Ingredients are always fresh and everything is made to order exactly as ordered. So glad they are going through doordash again.
