• DoorDash orderI showed up at the store about 5 minutes after my pickup time and the staff couldnt find my order. I tried talking to them several times about my order and asked if they could make it for me (no other customers or orders were being made or waiting). It took about 15 minutes for them to come to the conclusion that they needed to make my sandwich. I ordered a mini #13 The Original Italian with only mayo. The sandwich was ready about 15 minutes later. Took 1 hour from the time I ordere (6:35pm on wednesday). The staff did not acknowledge me very much. I mostly watched them look at the same two pickup orders for other names. I even pointed to my slip several times (on their counter). Super frustrsting. The staff were pleasant when they did interact with me and my sandwich was delicious. Just was not expecting the delay and then the sheer shutting down of staff when my sandwich was no where to be found.

• DoorDash orderI ordered Turkey but there was some Tuna on the inside of the wrapper. Also the sandwich was missing the jalapenos but had banana peppers which I didn't order, and the brownie was very dry and crumbly.
