It's really important that they pour the sauces on the meat after the meat is grilled, not before or during. Pouring the sauces onto the grill will burn all of the flavors away. Fats and oils go on the grill, not sauces.
The sandwich had no flavor was dry because of this.
Considering I paid $25 for it, not including the delivery costs, I think it's justified to complain. Please instruct the staff that you don't cook sauces.
