It is with a heavy heart that I feel compelled to share my recent experiences with Jimano's Pizza, as they have left me deeply apprehensive about ever ordering from this establishment again. The quality of their offerings has taken a distressing turn for the worse. The once-delectable crust now arrives at the table dry and overcooked, rendering it far from the satisfying treat it once was. Even more disheartening is the fact that my recent order of mozzarella sticks contained little more than hollow shells, a far cry from the delightful cheesy indulgence they should be. Adding to this disheartening trend is the disregard for customer instructions exhibited by their delivery drivers. Despite explicit directions to ring the doorbell upon arrival, this simple request is consistently ignored, leading to a string of missed and cold deliveries. For any average reader seeking a reliable and enjoyable dining experience, I strongly caution against ordering from Jimano's Pizza until they resolve these issues and restore their former reputation.
