The food is always amazing, love their parmesan-dusted tacos. Not impressed with the drive-thru. It's not the"fast food" drive-thru we've come to expect from places like McDonald's. At Jimboys they make everything fresh for each order, meaning the drive-thru can take 5 to 10 minutes PER customer. You have been warned.

They use different tortilla and cheese than the other jimboys. The ground beef tasted like straight oil and was so greasy. I get jimboys a lot I know how greasy the ground beef tacos are but this was next level. Literally 1/4 of cup of oil.

I've ordered from here many times and rarely have any complaints. My main issue is that the tortilla was very hard, and I couldn't eat half my 3 Cheese Quesadilla with chicken.

You should pack the tacos like In and out packs its to-go food so that the shells don't get soggy inside the steamy plastic bag.

I'm sure if you order at the location the food is great, but this was a mushy mess. I asked for sauce on the side it's poured over the top cause a soft mushy mess. The ground beef taste very strange . The Grilled Chicken Taco wasn't edible as it was so soft it completely fell apart .
