They did take a while to deliver and it did say preparing for about an hour. I called the store and the employee was very helpful and gave me an extra sandwich and chips and cookies.

Honestly it's always bad from this store. I've ordered 4-5x from this store and usually the Vito. The food is always late. Not 10min, but at least 45-1hr. This last sub had so much mustard and mayo on it, I threw most of it away.
