Jimmy John's is definitely not freaky fast. It took them over an hour to deliver my food and the sandwiches were soggy by the time they arrived... 10/10 won't order from the 5th Ave Grandview store again

Food is fantastic. Jimmy John's claims to be "freaky fast." The last several times I've ordered it, it's taken over an hour+ to receive. Extremely disappointing.

This store consistently has extremely poor delivery. 1hr+ delivery times are to be expected.
Im only giving two stars because there are 1-2 employees that actually care and are tryingto improve the store. The rest dont care.
