The sandwich came with entirely too much oil. Ask for light and it's more normal. Also was delivered without napkins

Awful awful experience. DoorDash does not deliver Jimmy John's btw. They handle their own deliveries, so your "Dasher" is actually a JJ's employee. Makes no sense.
Ordered and was alerted that they were running behind. Fine, didn't mind waiting a bit since we ordered for an early dinner. The app kept giving me newly updated delivery info. First, it was delivery in 35 minutes. Then it was 40. Then 45. Then 50, 55, an hour. Got upset and called to cancel my order. Employee told me that my order had "already been picked up for delivery," and should be to me "really soon." Ok, fine. Waited. And waited. And waited. Another 30 minutes goes by. Finally the doorbell rings and we're handed our order. And the sandwiches are absolutely inedible. They had clearly been made when I placed the order almost 2 hours prior, and had been sitting out at room temp, getting soggy and disgusting and risking food-borne illness. Everything went in the trash. And my kid was sad that after all that waiting, nothing.
Never again.
