This was my first visit to this store. I was pleasantly surprised. This store provides prompt service, and great tasting food.

Club lulu came with UNCOOKED bacon. It tasted like beef jerky uncooked. Absolutely nasty. Never had a bad experience before this.

Second time I specifically ordered the tuna club because it has cheese and second time they delivered without cheese. This is absurd. If you're out of cheese please let your customers know. Not great customer service.
