Food is fantastic!! 100. Their 22 ounce fountain drink for $4.05 is CRAZY though! At micky d's you can get 30 ounce drink for $1.69. I still love this place, but won't order if I'm needing a drink.

we had to order 3 different times because our food was delivered to the wrong address...the man was extremely rude on the phone when I asked if I could re-order and at one point he hung up on me. When I called back he picked the phone up and said "we're remaking it" and hung up again before I ever spoke a word. I called back one last time and he said that they were making it and he was voiding my order so I wouldn't be charged. He denied that his driver sent the food to the wrong address and assumed that we were trying to get extra food. Our neighbors down the street ended up bringing the first order to us. The third order was finally delivered after we waited for over 3 hrs. I have no idea where the second order went...we never saw it. Bottom line is, the man was beyond unprofessional and rude when he was in the wrong. Also, he never reversed the charges on my card so I had to pay for this. SO WRONG. We love Jimmy John's but unfortunately we won't be customers anymore. I want my money back. It's the least you could do after the way your employee treated me and the lousy service we received.
