I ordered my food and they called me saying that they were out of french bread but could substitute wheat. I said fine. The food never came. I found out they deliver their own orders so I tried to call the store but they were closed. I got a refund but their service is totally undeserving of me ever spending a penny there again. As i was writing this, someone called saying they had an emergency at another store. That is BS. I can not spend my hard earned money at a place like that. Trenchers has much better food anyway
