I submitted my order at 6:45pm. I called and the woman said my order was out for delivery but never even asked my name for the order which leads me to believe that my order was never even started. It is now 7:33 so more than 45 minutes has passed and my order has still not arrived. I cant drive so I can't just go pick it up whenever I want and the store is less than 5 minutes from my house. Walking would take me 20-25 minutes. I ordered online for ease of service and convenience which is what the app is for but this has taken an unbelievable amount of time to arrive. Freaky fast delivery isn't so freaky fast. Very disappointed with my experience.

• DoorDash order
ordered 15 min. before they closed at 9. ordered showed waiting for driver. when I called the store, no one answered. the app said they deliver themselves. 45 min later I decided to order else where . I ended up getting both orders. I'm not happy this time.
