The sandwich was made wrong and the owner was Insulted that I asked if I could have it remade or a refund rude and unprofessional

When i ordered it on wheat i was thinking i was going to get it on a wheat sub roll but i got sliced wheat bread instead. it tasted good just not what i was expecting :/
