There's always something with this specific location. Everything is just sloppier and you can tell there is no care. They forget the sides every time. No refunds through door dash and Jimmy johns claims they will redeliver but cannot cancel.

because they do their own delivery. the system did not show me the driver was on the way so I almost missed my delivery because I didn't know there was somebody here because the tracker wasn't on them
