The food was good and delivered fast. The only downside is courier delivery tracking. Theres no tracking directly from JJ's, and DD tells you order out for delivery an hour after actual delivery.
JJ made a great sandwich, for a decent price, and their courier was quick. Thanks!

The first and probably last time I order JJ. I'll first start with the food, which was not my issue. I ordered the #9, with chips, pickle and a cookie. All great except for the chips. Not sure if the BBQ chips were stale, or just over baked, but unpleasant. The food was decent overall.
The delivery was a different story. Order goes through DD, but delivered JJ. Not an issue if it's a smooth process, but it isn't. I got a text from DD that JJ was preparing order. That is what DD app said as well, for close to an hour. With message out for delivery, well after actual delivery.
I'm blind and notes explicitly say to knock or ring bell. Driver did not, and worst of all... Placed food off to side of door, behind a bush. I'm blind for crying out loud. I don't care if DD or JJ delivers, but let's use some common sense.
