Sandwiches were rotten lettuce was brownish yellow and the tomatoes were rotten and slimy tasting. Didn't eat either of our Vito sandwiches, called to let the place know that they are sending out inedible rotting food and the guys didn't seem to have a care. I would have appreciated a refund.

Forgot one sandwich and they never even replaced it. Had to drive to another store and pay for another one that took them 45 minutes to make. Never again will I eat here. There are other sandwich places do your self a favor and try one of then.

Jimmy johns is great but they keep giving us this sandwich bread with nuts and seeds and stuff when I want the normal bread they give out so...

First time ordering or having anything from this place and didn't get a straw for the drink as well as not getting BBQ chips, instead we were given regular chips which was a bit of a let down. Otherwise the sandwiches were pretty okay, not the worst but I can't say it'll be a favorite.
