I always love my sandwiches from Jimmy John's! They are so tasty and they make it exactly two description. and they are super friendly to because so many times that I have been in the store myself, they have been super sweet and nice and very helpful. Thank you thank you thank you Julie Johns! I give you an 18 out of 10

We love JJ, specifically #11 & #12 but to night was an epic fail. Their bread was hard as hell! We're just here for a wedding but super disappointing.

Ordered the #9 Italian #9 ITALIAN NIGHT CLUB®. Love the sandwhich, but the bread this time was pretty hard and not as good as usual. Also the service was slow and they delivered it themselves instead of a door dasher, so I didnt get notifications that they were coming. Took longer than it should have.

Apparently.... Jimmy John's uses their own delivery service, which is horrible...!!! It came 50 minutes after the time posted on DoorDash. I called and all he can say was I'm sorry, we only have 2 drivers. If you can't hold the weight of the order.....don't use your own drivers!!!!
