I waited an hour for my order. I understand they are busy but when you're busy you need to have communication with your customers or else you're going to have some hangry people. The whole hour I was waiting my order said "store is preparing your order" and then it said "order complete" and the order was Mia. The guy did show up about 15 minutes later but that was the most ridiculous door dash with Jimmy Johns I've experienced. The last I spoke with at the store was also very very rude and hung up on me. 10/10 do NOT recommend!
