• DoorDash orderDidn't get the chips I ordered. Tried to get support through Doordash but kept getting a message that Jimmy John's handles their own orders so I would have to contact the actual restaurant to get a resolution. So I called and the guy that answered kept arguing with me saying that only Door Dash could resolve it. I kept telling him that DD referred me to them because of how they are set up on DoorDash but told me there wasn't anything he could do because I didn't place the order through them. So now I'm screwed out of getting the chips and no possibility to get a credit. STRONGLY advise never ordering Jimmy John's through DoorDash. They are literally the only restaurant I've dealt with in Bentonville that has this bizarre setup with DoorDash
