I always get a gargantuan when it the area, in hospital and it didn't disappoint me, excellent service and the food is the best, always....
the fudge and cookie were like fresh award winner bake shop quality

Sandwich was over toasted, and they ran out of the ranch sauce, so it was very dry also. I probably should have gone with my regular order of the Italian Night Club.

This is the best sandwich ever, hands down!! I get it every time, it's enough for two people as well if you wish to split it. Also the Chocolate Chip Cookie is the bomb!! Love it

Several errors made on the order- forgot a bag of chips, wrong drink, left toppings off the sandwich. The order is delivered by the store and they are always understaffed so it takes a while to get it. Only ordered by DD because I thought a DD driver would be quick.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered delivery they then called me said the had to void my order because they didn't have any drivers. Totally understandable not a big deal. So I ordered from somewhere else. Well Jimmy John's never actually cancelled my order cause another driver appeared but never called to tell me so when I notice it still says preparing my order I called Jimmy John's to say can you please cancel on DoorDash. The girl said well the delivery driver is on their way I forgot to cancel it we got busy and then HUNG UP ON ME! I then called back 4 TIMES and they refused to answer the phone. I literally just wanted a refund for their mess up and now I will never order from there again no matter what location and will also discourage others from going there as well.
