• DoorDash orderthe choice that someone made to use the piece of roast beef that was obviously rubberized fat at the end of the roast that should've been discarded and instead someone almost lost a tooth on... this score is a reflection of that terrible choice. the sandwich was inedible.

• DoorDash orderHorrible experience!! DO NOT order jimmy johns through DoorDash. Apparently they use their own drivers, not door dash and they didnt have any drivers today so they cancelled my order. That would have been fine. However, in order to get my money back I had to call doordash and have to WAIT 3 DAYS for them to refund my money! Here's an idea JimmyJohns, mark your store as "not availble" for delivery if you don't have drivers. For DoorDash you need to have the ability to refund immediately in cases like this.
