I bought three small sandwiches the bread was over baked it was dark brown and when I squeeze it a little bit the top bun just crumpled into small pieces I called the store and the manager offered me to pay me for the bread and pay and gave me a refund of $5 I thought that was ridiculous because I had to remake the sandwiches on sliced bread lucky I had bread I had to put mayonnaise I had to cut them I mean seriously when you order out it means you don't feel like doing that you don't want to cook you don't want to make anything so I think it's just ridiculous I took the refunds I didn't feel like arguing I was exhausted from work. oh well that's customer service for you:-( I need a break from them.
