We ordered a full rack of baby back ribs from Jimmy Mac’s Roadhouse and at first, we thought it wouldn’t be enough for two, but wow, we were wrong! It was more than enough and absolutely satisfying. We also got a side of mushrooms and the peppercorn ranch, which paired perfectly with everything.
The food was fantastic. They even included two extra rolls with butter, which was such a thoughtful touch. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the barbecue sauce was just right, not too sweet, just smoky and rich. Oh, the food was delicious. Chef’s kiss. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be ordering again.

$16 for a bowl of lettuce, 4 tiny pieces of dry cold chicken and a spoon of sour cream. No dressing or flavor comes with the Boulder Chicken Salad-Lite apparently. $11 for cold soup that didn't even fill the tiny container. Honestly, this isn't the first time Jimmy Mac's has shown that quality is no longer a primary concern.

Campfire Chicken was great. Side of baked beans were delicious, but for $8.95 I was expecting more than 1/2 a cup (yes I measured) . Teriyaki Burger was very dry and no flavor, not enough teriyaki sauce or anything on the dry bun. Won't order again. Chili was delicious... but for $13.95 , I was expecting more than half a cup (yes I measured) . Mashed potatoes and rolls with honey butter were delicious as always. For the price.... Im a bit discouraged, but the taste... all was great except the Teriyaki Chicken burger. Portion sizes to price points need to be reevaluated....BIG TIME. I have eaten in the restaurant plenty of times and never felt this way, but if ordering through door dash, beware.

ordered the fish and Fish & Chips this time. it was pretty good but the fries were under the fish so they were very soggy when they arrived. The Blk Chic Pasta came unassembled which was weird but my daughter said it was good. this is one of our favorites to order from.

My steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I also had a crawfish chowder and salad. I can't complain about anything. This is my ultimate favorite place to eat when I want a steak. They also added it their yummy bread and honey butter free
