Food was really good. I especially liked how saucy the chicken fingers were. A lot of places around here do them too dry. I only knocked one star off because it was honestly overpriced for what it was. Will return to try other menu items.

Jim's is usually better than this. The Chicken Finger Sub 6" sauce was kind of watery, and not very spicy. I ordered extra sub cheese, but it seemed like the default amount. The Philly 8" was soaked, and the sauce seemed bland. The steak didn't seem chopped much. The Onion Rings were delicious.

I've been getting stinger hoagies on occasion, maybe 2-3 per year - had been disappointed the last couple of times but this last one...was ridiculously amazing, best ever and was giant!

If you order a steak hoagie from here prepare to get a vegetable sub as they put almost no meat on it. This location is by far the worst Jim in the whole Buffalo area

the were only 2 strips of bacon (barely cooked) on entire sub, it was soggy & not toasted. I paid for hot peppers to be added to sub & there were only 5 tiny ones on the entire whole sub. only good thing from the order was the pre-bottled pop!
