The steaks were so dry, not a once of cheese once of cheese i got whiz and american and it was no cheese on them i will never eat from this location again the jims in West Philly and South Philly are better. this wasn't worth the price at all. do yourself a favor and don't order from here. im warning you!

I ordered a cheesesteak yesterday it was perfect! So good i ordered one today, but I was very disappointed Must be a different cook, because today my steak did not taste like a Jim's Original, Barely any wiz on bottom of roll, and soggy roll, Remember you guys are selling CHEESEsteaks!. Place need better consistency .

Extremly dry and tough meat, most of the sandwhich was bread.I ate half because I was starving and threw the other half in garbage. Not worth it for $30 through DoorDash.
