Premium Tonkotsu Red* the spice level here is pretty extreme. I got a level 2 and it was spicy enough that it was difficult to eat. I have an average to good spice tolerance.

I eat a lot of ramen specially tonkotsu and so far this one is the worse. The noodles is so thick, vegetables is barely there like 2 and the meat is so small and no taste. The soup is taste like shoyu. $21 for this small bowl never again. Sorry but it is really not worth it. Noods ramen, Chefs ramen, Onoya ramen are just few good ramen to try.

The Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna* was waaay over priced. Three tiny things of crispy rice with slightly fishy tuna for 15$. Not worth it. The JINYA Chicken Ramen was ok.
