I've never had a Korean grandmother but the incredibly delicious food at Jip Bap is how i imagine her cooking would taste.
Every dish truly has heart and soul. The SOONDUBU JJIGAE has a depth of flavor and richness that is unrivaled by any other Korean restaurant I've tried in the Valley.
The MATCHA HOTTEOK is crispy, not too sweet and absolutely delectable!
I've been hoping and praying for a delicious Korean restaurant in my neighborhood for years and I am so thrilled Jip Bap is here!

Overpriced and flavorless. The food court at the Galleria has better Korean food than this. So disappointed as I was excited to finally have a Korean restaurant close by.

First time ordering. I was very pleasantly surprised. Authentic and delicious. The BULGOGI BIBIMBAP was great as were the toppings. I would've enjoyed slightly more meat in the bowl, but would still order again. The HOTTEOK was also good. The only disappointment was that the food wasn't hot when it arrived, but there not the restaurant's fault, that's DoorDash overtasking drivers.

Mediocre at best. KIMCHI JJIGAE came with a single small piece of spam, and overall the flavor was lacking. Much better Korean options around

I order from here at least once a week. I really like the BULGOGI KIMBAP . It is so good. The BEEF BULGOGI is also really good. The portion is a nice size, and the beef is always tender. Highly recommend.
